So, who am I?

Hey there! I'm Carla Fourtunia! Back in 2007, I landed in the U.S. with the mission of mastering my English, and guess what? I fell head over heels for this place, so I decided to stick around. Started off in restaurants, but then it hit me – time was slipping away, and I needed a real career.

So, I made the bold move to join the U.S. Army, rocking the role of a Human Resources Pro. My post-Army adventures led me into the wild world of public and private sectors, diving deep into Human Resources and Recruiting.

Fast forward to today, I proudly hold the position of Management Recruiter at Marriott International, a distinguished Fortune 500 company. My daily routine involves meticulously reviewing resumes, collaborating with hiring managers in meetings, conducting comprehensive online candidate searches, and skillfully facilitating interviews. It's a fulfilling role that allows me to contribute to the success of a globally recognized organization like Marriott International.

Life's a rollercoaster, but I wouldn't have it any other way! 🚀
